Beautiful Interior Design

It's been a bit of a rough week (more on that on Monday), but I'd like to end of the week on a good note. Some photos from the portfolio of one of Sweden's most established international photographers will do quite nicely (and since we're on such a Swedish kick). New York photographer Douglas Friedman can take a fierce photo (have I been watching too much ANTM?). His photos play up the quirkiness of the spaces and draw you into the wonderfully styled nooks and crannies.

I am not usually a fan of recliners. The traditional overstuffed giant recliners tend to be a white elephant in a room. So needless to say I was very happy while researching seating for a media room to come across these well designed designer recliners by Darlings of Chelsea in the UK. They describe this recliner as: "One of their best selling recliners which reclines, swings, swivels and orbits to your desire"....and it claims to be "seriously comfortable".

The mechanism for these designer recliners operates by leaning back on the chair and using your body weight to hold back.
